Virgil Fry Transitions to Lifeline’s Executive Board
The Executive Board of Lifeline Chaplaincy announces that Dr. Virgil Fry, Executive Director, will transition to the role of Vice-Chair of the Executive Board. Virgil has been with this ministry for 36 years and brings a wealth of historical and ministry experiences to his new role.
This transition also allows new Executive Director Justin Thompson room to learn the culture and mission of Lifeline and Compassionate Touch. Virgil and Justin are appreciating the opportunity to work together until the end of April, and afterwards to continue joining forces as Board member and Executive Director. Dr. Fry states, “Justin is an excellent fit for the role of Executive Director, bringing a deep spiritual base and skills in administration. Lifeline is fortunate to benefit from his vision for the continued expansion of this unique hospital-based ministry.”
