A workshop on advanced communication and ministry to persons experiencing illness and loss. This workshop is for volunteers who have completed MTIL: Part One and for others with experience in pastoral care at the bedside.
The training sessions include a brief review of Basic Listening Skills, Life Commandments, Validating Emotions, Transitioning from a Casual Visit to a Spiritual Encounter, Story Listening, and Integrative Activities with learning partners.
