Looking for ways to volunteer and make a difference in someone’s life? Lifeline Chaplaincy offers several different ways to volunteer.
As an individual
Become a Pastoral Care Volunteer. There’s something special about joining the presence of God in a hospital room. Our volunteers undergo many hours of training and practice so that they can be prepared to help those who are in crisis. Once our volunteers complete their training, they are placed and badged at a local hospital as a Volunteer Chaplain. If you would like to become a Pastoral Care Volunteer, give us a call at (888) 767-6363.
As a group
Lifeline needs your group to volunteer! Our Pastoral Care Volunteers and Chaplains give thousands of pillows and other small comfort items to hospital patients each year. These tokens of grace are vital to Lifeline’s ministry. Each one is lovingly hand-made. We would love to have your group volunteer to make these items. Just give us a call at (888) 767-6363 and we will put you in contact with our coordinator for your area.
